Our youth program is proudly directed by 3x Gold Medalist Megan Douty, who brings her expertise and passion for lacrosse to every training session.
Our training sessions are designed to inspire young girls to fall in love with lacrosse and the journey of developing their skills. With years of experience, we’ve built a strong track record of success, guiding players from our youth program into middle and high school programs where they continue to thrive. Our goal is to nurture both their passion for the sport and their growth as athletes.
We offer consistent training sessions twice a week for nine months, a structure that we’ve found to be key to our athletes' development. This regular schedule allows players to steadily build their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Over time, this consistency has proven to be instrumental in helping our players achieve greater success as they move through our programs.
