Explosive Power Development: Train your muscles to generate maximum force quickly with plyometric exercises and dynamic drills.Strength Building: Focused strength training to develop the key muscle groups—quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core—essential for powerful jumps.Improved Technique: Learn proper mechanics and body control to maximize height, distance, and efficiency.Injury Prevention: Build stability and reduce the risk of injuries through targeted mobility and flexibility work.

Duration: 4-week & 8-week options
- Starts March 18
Frequency: Tuesday & thursday (2x a week)
Time:
- MS: 5:00-6:00pm
- HS: 6:00-7:00pm
